Information you enter

When no gallery server is connected, forms run as demonstrations. They do not send or store your name, email address, or message. Each form states when it is in this mode.

When the gallery API is connected, inquiries, access requests, and subscriptions are stored on its server. The form asks for your consent before submission. Submitting a request does not send an email unless the operator adds an email delivery service.

Saved works and private access

Saved artwork identifiers are stored in your browser’s local storage. Clear the selection or your browser’s site data to remove them. A private viewing session uses a temporary token in session storage and expires on the server. Use “End private session” on the private view page to revoke it.

Camera and headset access

The gallery asks for headset or augmented reality access only after you choose an immersive mode. Camera images are handled by your browser’s WebXR system and are not uploaded by this application. The room preview shows approximate placement and size.

Before public launch

The operator must add its legal name and contact details, data retention rules, request handling process, and final terms before collecting real visitor information. This preview notice is not a complete production privacy policy.
